At A2D Art, we aim to provide high-quality digital artwork and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (including artwork, downloads, and design files) are final. Once the product is delivered or downloaded, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations.

2. Customized Artwork

For personalized or commissioned artwork, refunds are not available once the design process has started. However, we will work closely with you to make reasonable revisions until you are satisfied with the final product.

3. Service Issues

If you face any technical issues with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order. We will review your case and provide a solution such as fixing the issue, replacing the file, or re-delivering the product.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a system error.
  • The purchased item was not delivered to you at all.
