14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you change your mind after receiving an original artwork from A2D Art Gallery, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. You may choose one of the following options:

  1. Store Credit for the full purchase amount in CAD
  2. Refund to your original payment method, less a 20% processing fee (calculated based on the total purchase amount)

If you need help finding a replacement piece, we’re happy to connect you with one of our in-house art advisors at no additional cost.

Damaged or Misrepresented Artworks

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange for a full refund to your original payment method in CAD.

Return Process

All return shipments must be:

  • Pre-authorized by A2D Art Gallery
  • Shipped in the original packaging including any certificates or documentation provided with the purchase
  • Tracked and insured (A2D is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or was misrepresented.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Special commissions
  • Limited or open edition prints
  • Custom framing
  • Any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered after purchase
  • eGift cards

Currency and Refund Processing

All transactions and refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Promotional Offers & Exceptions

A2D Art Gallery may occasionally offer return shipping promotions or discounts. These promotions:

  • Will apply only to qualifying items as stated at the time of purchase
  • May exclude oversized or custom-shipped works (e.g. any dimension exceeding 60 inches / 152 cm)
  • Are subject to change or cancellation at A2D’s discretion without prior notice
